This this thick - 3/8's inch "live edge" bowl had some magic in it's making. Salvaged and recycled from old Tahoe cabin windows this piece "spoke out" and underwent some unique changes while being fired to nearly 1500º. The results resemble an antique luster that seems to place it's creation thousands of years ago. It looks and feels Etruscan or was it unearthed at a "dig" in Crete? Glass is dynamic and there are times when you follow it. This was one of those events.
